Teardrop Ring

In a project designed to recode the commodity fetish, I wanted to explore my own childhood and something instilled to me by those around me: "Grown men don't cry." That is false. Anyone should be able to express their truth and their feelings; it's what makes us human. The three metal types (silver, brass, and copper) represent my family, the people who told me it was okay to cry.
